Thrifty Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning & Septic Tank Pumping

This is the worst service I have ever had. Their worker Brandon showed up at my house with a trainee and would not listen to one word I said. My toilet has been leaking slowly since the last time they were here 2 months ago. I asked him to check the wax seal. He would not listen, proceeded to tell me I needed to just «Let him do his job». When did customer service mean not listening to the customer at all? They left a dirty mess in my bathroom, apparently cleaning up after themselves isn’t part of their job. The frosting on the cake was the names he called me under his breath on the way out. Stay away from this business. When you have to call them more than once and it is STILL LEAKING then it’s not saving you money.

Called them to pump septic tank. Their truck left 3 LARGE oil stains in front of our house. I called office to let them know and the lady said «they are suppose to put cardboard down because truck leaks, next time remind them». It’s not my job to remind them! They sent someone out to clean it up but that didn’t help at all. Will not use them again
