Walgreens

This photo department sucks. They ignore the hell out of you. Every time I’m there I have to stand and wait upwards of ten minutes to even be acknowledged. Today, the lady behind the counter was pretending not to see me as she used the photo printing machine in the back. I stood there patiently and even though she was pretty much facing me, she didn’t greet me or stop what she was doing. Whatever, I thought, she’s probably working on something with a time constraint. Then another staff member walked up behind the counter and looked through me, as in also pretended not to see me. I said hello to him hoping that he would help, and without acknowledging me, he called for the woman in the back to come help me.
They’re anal retentive about printing photos off of discs without a copyright waiver and will walk away as you’re trying to print something on one of the machines. You will sit and sit and sit as a million people walk by ignoring your pleas for assistance. «I’ll grab someone to help you», they’ll say. And you will continue to sit and wait. I’ve waited so long that I have even called them, as I’m standing at the photo counter, to tell someone to come help me. It’s that bad. When they FINALLY come to help, they are not sorry that you waited. On the contrary, they are snarky and short with you.
Gah! The only reason I come here is that it’s easy to print photos from my phone and I live really close.
The rest of the store is like any other Walgreens.
