Kitchen Concepts by Harlow’s

I’ve been shopping at Harlow’s for years, and I’ll I can say is they take great care of me every time! Phil and his staff are courteous, thorough, and always follow-​up to make sure I’m happy. They carry most major brands, and stand behind what they sell.

I used to really really like this place. Bought appliances here over the years and had good service at good prices.
So when it came time to remodel our kitchen they were top of the list of vendors to visit. So we went to the location in San Bernardino.
Now maybe it’s just me, but when someone comes in looking to buy 80 sqft of kitchen counters, sink, faucets, a new range, new built in microwave, new dishwasher they would be… well… interested?
Nope we got surly service from a guy that was not interested in helping us… we eventually found out that the stores designer was over in the other store in Yucaipa, so we headed over there looking for help…
Nope, a rather disinterested kitchen designer puts together an outrageous quote, with many mathematical errors in it.
You’d think that they would want the business enough to be nice, but nope…
Such a shame. Their loss.
