Little Caesars

I called in to make an order of a beef and cheese pizza and the lady the first time I called said she couldn’t hear me and hung up so I called another time on a different phone and she said, «We can’t do that» and hung up. Very rude.

This place is horrible. Hot and ready? More like cold and a 10 minute wait when no one is even waiting. A bunch of high school employees messing around the whole time.

Just came back from a 20 minute wait for my «5 minute» order.
The girl attending to me was not attentive to me as a human being. Asking how I was and than immediately trying to sell their latest product without showing interest. After I order a deep dish she looks and than yells to the back «I HAVE NO DEEP DISH…» and than the two have a playful unprofessional discussion before I complete my order.
After which she immediately rings me up without asking if I wanted more. Which I did and had to tell her so. I was told it would be a 5 minute wait, so I left for 3 minutes. When I re-​entered, she stated, «Hi! oh never mind.» not even checking on my order.
While there it was mentioned that someone had made a «rookie mistake» which turned out to be her. She than proceeded to say that she wishes to become a manager.
Overall it was a bad experience and if that employee, by some miracle becomes manager this place will lose my business.

First off it took almost 15 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge us. I honestly think there was only one person working. There were others in the background laughing but no one ever came to the front. The people in front of us walked out after 10 minutes. Horrible service… Once we were acknowledged they said it would take 20 minutes for one pizza! Really!?!

Hot and Ready means just that. I went here last night to get a pizza and was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. Obviously this location is not fulfilling the advertisement of this business. They were rude about it also, first off you should have the product ready as advertised and if not don’t be rude cause our business is what keeps you employed. I am tempted to call and speak to management, I actually just might.
But on a side note I will say they have the best pizza i have had from a Little Caesars.

Rude– just went in to order 5 hot and ready and 4 crazy breads. The place was packed, no biggie I figured as much on a Friday. When the girl finally decided to come up and take our order, her reaction was «you guys are killing us». And she was serious. Crazy, so I asked her if we should go somewhere else. At that point another gal came up and took our order. Thirty minutes later we were on our way.
Pizza was good. I will say that.

Not hot and ready today:(. Called in last week for a few cheese pizzas… I waited 28 minutes. Not that picky-​but they advertise HOT N READY!

This Little Caesars Pizza location makes the best tasting little Caesars pizza & crazy bread I’ve tried: P!
Everything is always perfectly cooked & tastes delicious every time. All the other little Caesars pizza locations ive tried: Beaumont & riverside locations taste gross & cheap & are prepared terribly. I was told that not all little Caesars pizzas are owned by the same franchise/​owner?
Make sure you bring cash! There is a Wells Fargo ATM machine in same parking lot :) However they take American Express now!

I ordered a Supreme Pizza, they said it was a 10 min wait i was cool with that and it would cost $ 8 i was cool with that also, I waited 20 mins. oh! well poo happens! right?
I got to my car opened up the pizza and notice very little toppings for paying extra and half the pizza was missing sauce. I took it back in and asked for the manager and told her the pizza is missing half the sauce and she said no its not, I said it clearly is and she said in bad attitude what do you want me to do make you another one and I said no but can I buy some extra sauce and she said fine, I asked for her name she said Michelle and thats when her whole bad attitude changed and became very polite all off a sudden, she said i will give you the sauce free and i said I dont want anything free i just want what i paid for… but what can you expect its little Caesars.
