Domino’s Pizza

I honestly do not like Domino’s Pizza. My kids love their pizza. I am giving it four stars because of customer service. I order every Monday for my son and daughter. They have always been so kind and give great attention to my autistic son which I truly appreciate. You have an amazing team Domino’s you are lucky to have the people that are working for you. I have always ordered online with no problems. The food is always good. The delivery drivers are always friendly too.

We’ve been ordering take out and delivery from this location for a few years now. Pizza has always been good, but delivery times do vary. Sometimes over one hour after the tracker says «order out of the oven». In those cases, the pizza has arrived warm, not hot. Carry out, I’ve never had an issue. Pizzas have always been ready right on time and delicious.
Best carry out for the price in town.

This place has the worst customer service! They don’t care if you want to order a pizza or if you ever come back again. They will actually lie to you and tell you they have a long delivery time then they actually do. Just to not have to make your order. Since when does a pizza place not carry Parmesan cheese? Every pizza place especially dominos pizza carries cheese! I couldn’t believe the lies they were telling me I’ve have alway been a dominos pizza fan. But since I’ve moved to Yucaipa and have to dealt with this place I’ve changed my mind. I’m more disappointed than anything else. Good bye #dominospizza hello #papajohnspizza

Fast courteous clean don’t know why they have such low ratings. I picked it up and they were great very friendly highly recommend them

It was pizza night .
Instead we made ham and cheese sandwiches and gave the pizza to my dogs.
Second and last time I order pizza from this Place.

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Cold and chewy. Reason was that they only have 1 driver. I will never order from them again. Cheese bread was disgusting too. Hard and crunchy. What a waste of time. This is my last time I eat at dominos. Now I’m hungry AND pissed. What a freaking joke.

Ordered online, delivery came a little late but not bad. The driver was super nice but forgot the cheese bread so he said he’d be back in a few minutes as I’m 2 miles away. I called to tell him not to come back because I felt bad but the Mgr on duty, John apologized and said it was no problem for him to come back and he’d be there shortly. I waited another 30 minutes as the pizza got cold and finally called to check status. The girl on the phone said he was leaving soon and just kept saying «sorry bout that». After stating my concerns she offered no help so I told her that all the sorries weren’t doing much for me and she snapped and told me If I would let her speak she would have offered me something else. I’d been letting her speak and she never said anything helpful just kept saying «well sorry» with long pauses. I was going to tell her she shouldn’t speak to a customer that way but got 2 words out before she slammed down the phone. I called back and told her to give me to her mgr, John again took care of it and apologized for her behavior so I’m hoping something was done. I’ve never had a job at which it was acceptable to speak to a customer like that, let alone one who has already had two problems with your service

Still having problems with online ordering. Pizza Hut doesn’t mess up the orders. I have ordered from dominoes in the past via phone and that seems to work. They tout this online ordering; but ³⁄₃ times there is a huge delay. 30 minutes later and I still don’t have a pizza in hand. May as well pay the 2 dollar convenience fee and have them deliver instead of wasting my time. Going back to Pizza Hut.

The reviews on this Dominos are now old. I have never had a problem with this Dominos and have actually had great experiences every time. The buffalo chicken pizza is a joke, but that’s probably Dominos in general. The staff is really friendly, but they don’t carry Parmesan cheese packets anymore. At least they have paper plates. :)

Worst pizza experience ever. not only did their website, which is user unfreindly, not work when i tried to order, the store doesn’t honor the coupons that are online, and the sandwhich i ordered was made out of spoiled steak. spoiled to the point there is no way they couldn’t smell it had gone bad before cooking. i had to call back four times to order because i had to keep redoing my order coupons to something else because the last coupons didn’t work. when i finally got coupons that work the guy hung up on me half way thru my order. My order online would have been $ 22 but because their coupons didn’t work it cost ten dollars more. When i tasted the sandwhich i realized instantly the meat was spoiled and i called and told Skyler the manager that the meat was spoiled. he said for me not to order from them again because i was nothing but a problem. like it was my fault their coupons didn’t work. like i would eat there again. I am contacting the health department tomorrow and i will be making sure his district manager and corp knows what a great manager Sklyer is. if you have eaten there and gotten sick i suggest you contact the heallth department too. oh yeah the pizza arrived cold.

This store has the worst management. If they screw up your order. They will blame you and question your order when the blame should be placed on the inadequate and disingenuous management and staff. The staff and management will also argue with you about your order. after 10 minutes of explaining the order, I have been told many times that they will credit me with another pizza any time. This has yet to happen.
The pizza is always delivered warm and never hot. Not to mention the order is never correct. I would suggest another pizza company to deal with if you want a hot, correct, and good pizza.
I am sure there are a lot more stories than just mine at this location. The way this store treats the customer is horrible to say the least.
Go somewhere else for sure!
