My experience with Rick was amazing. I have never experienced such a professional in my dealings with computer repair persons until I walked into this repair shop. Not only is Rick the most knowledgeable computer person I have encountered he is also able to translate that into repair. His shop is impeccably clean and stocked with useful items. I have always dreaded taking my computer to get it repaired as I invariable have to but up with unprofessional geeks either ignoring me or making me wait while they finish their phone conversation about the latest sci-​fi novel they just read. Thank you Rick for the awesome service and experience. This is the place to go for all your computer needs.

I have relied on Rick for several years and have trusted him with all of my business and personal computer needs. He is extremely knowledgable and honest, gets the job done on time and for a reasonable price. The previous review slammed him for being rude. Hey, he’s a computer geek. If you want Mr. Congeniality go to a therapist.

We’ve used Rick at Computer Maintenance numerous times and have had nothing but success. Keeping in mind when most of us visit a shop like this its usually because we’re in tech/​computer trouble. Rick has always taken time to explain what the issues might be and he’ll dumb it down so we understand. He’s made office calls to handle IT issues that arise and has always handled the challenge in a timely manor and has been very affordable…

This guy is very rude and abrupt. I have taken my computer there twice and both times he talks down to you and is down right mean. Needless to say i will never take my computer there again. I will spend my money elsewhere.
