It relieves my confusion to see others report a similar experience(I also showed up for an appointment was told it was changed to another day with no apology). Dr. Seip is very nice(I had a good experience with him and his staff many years ago) but the office staff now is shockingly unprofessional. How is that business staying afloat? I had an appointment 2 months ago and Dr. Seip said a knee brace might be helpful but that there were a few different kinds and the insurance might be tricky. He had me speak with Erika who said she would check into it and get back to me in 2 – 3 weeks. That was 2 months ago, I have called the office multiple times and no one returns my call. I am so frustrated. It doesn’t matter if the visit with Dr. Seip goes well since the follow through is the responsibility of the office staff.

I took my husband to Dr Seip when he broke his leg 3 months ago. The Dr said he might need surgery because something was hanging inside his leg. He said he needed a CT scan. Three months later and we have still not gotten the scan. They have my husband’s leave of absence paperwork and kept telling us they would fill it out. We have called and went by the office numerous times but still have no paperwork or even any treatment for his leg which is still just as swollen and painful as the day he broke it. This man needs to be put out of business.

Dr. Seip is great. Since he has hired Christina, it’s an awful experience! She had ruined going in and getting fixed up and feeling better. Instead she doesn’t have your appointment on the schedule that you made three months ago. Is so unorganized, that she can’t find your file that is in the stack of files for the days patients. Hangs up on you when you call, the when you call back you get put on hold for over twelve minutes until YOU hang up to call back. When there is a full office she gets so flustered. She can’t hang. She’s the wrong person to be in charge of running an office. It’s a shame that this one person is going to mess up Dr. Seips office, business and reputation, but that’s what’s happening.

My 6 year old was complaining that her arm hurt after a hard fall. I called Dr. Seips office and they got me in within 4 hours. The front office administrator was very friendly and put me at ease as soon as I got there. She was very professional and got us immediately into the xray room. Dr. Seip examined my daughter and took a lot of time and care with her. He made my daughter feel very comfortable during a very unnerving time. After determining that her elbow was broken, Dr. Seip took time to review the x-rays with me and educate me on what he saw and where the break was. He personally put the cast on and saw us to the end of the appointment. We have since had two follow-up appointments and cast removal. Each appointment was as professional as the first. I would not hesitate to call Dr. Seip or refer his office in the future. Great experience all around. And my daughters arm healed completely with no problems at all! I think Dr. Seip is a great doctor, who is fantastic with kids.

Wow, I had a totally different experience than the other patient here. The staff is great. I love them. Everyone from the x-ray technician to the front desk to Dr. Heather. I really can’t think of a place where I would rather be to recover and heal from a bone injury. They confirm appointments, are easy to schedule with, sweethearts to the core and thorough/professional/competent. Dr. Seip is a great surgeon. I feel 100% confident with Heather on all my appointments. And, I have never had one bad experience with the staff– and I have been there A LOT over the last couple months.

Dr. Seip is a skilled surgeon who truly cares about his patients. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the personnel running his office. Idle, apathetic, and incompetent, the young drones who staff the front desk are more content to connect with their smartphones than Dr. Seip’s patients. They will not go out of their way to assist you, they will do no more than the bare minimum, and they do not care about your well being. Do not expect fair treatment from these people. If you can, visit another surgeon in the Coachella Valley, because at some point you will become frustrated with the utter ineffectiveness of Dr. Seip’s poorly chosen medical staff.
