Can not WAIT to got back! We did not go to eat, but to smoke hookah. We tried a star buzz tobacco in an apple! After that we switched to a rose tobacco from Jordan. The owner suggested a lemon/honey/mint drink that compliments the hookah and SSgt had Turkish coffee with his. The owner was friendly and interesting. He told us about his lineage and how he came to be living in Yucca Valley from Jordan. He adjusted lighting, brought out a speaker that we could connect to via bluetooth with our phones, lit a heat lamp, changed out coals, and even brought us a complementary Harrissa (sp?) to cap the night.
Next time we will start here and eat dinner and have hookah! Can’t recomend this place enough!

Came for lunch. No one greeted us. Had to yell into the kitchen for someone to come and seat us.
Service was mediocre. Water was straight from the faucet.
Beef kabobs were overdone and dry. Had to ask for the yogurt cucumber dip to help take down the steak, only to find out they charge $ 5 for it… As an appetizer. First time I’ve been to a Mediterranean restaurant that charged for that dip. It was watery and not as good as every other place I’ve had the cucumber yogurt dip.
