been waiting in line for 30 minutes… Yet only two people are in front of me. What the hell kind of service is this? Hire some new cashiers, some that actually consider the fact that people are SICK and in a hurry to get their medicine. Its not a rocket science job, its a freaken pharmacy cashier position! Not that hard to ring sh*t up. Pick up the pace, or hire new people! Other than that, you’re better off going somewhere else for your needs. STAYAWAY, especially from elizabeth. Slow ass cashier that doesn’t care

Nice way to start off in my husbands hometown. I’m in tears, but people from church have been encouraging that there is better places here. I’ve used Rite Aid for a long time, and WITH the same doctor whom this Rite Aid refused to fill my prescription.(They have scanned copies of my prescription in their system from the exact doctor they said they refuse to fill my prescription because they aren’t familiar with the doctor I came from) even though they are capable of calling the Rite Aid I use regularly. I even have other up to date prescriptions from the same doctor, filed electronically from the doctors office on the same day as the prescription I physically brought in was. Because of this fact, I know that the pharmacy was just giving me a hard time on purpose(since they know darn well it’s a valid prescription) Some jerk playing games with peoples healthcare. I hope this place gets sued for doing crap like this. You’re not doctors(thank God) so if you wanted to play God, and mess with people because you’re anti medication. Go back and do more schooling; then become a hippy alternative health doctor. I’ve been moving and unpacking for 3 days and I’m in a ton of pain(I have spinal spondylolysthesis with metal rods in my lower back and pending neck surgery to get more metal) regardless of my condition, or what it’s for; I shouldn’t have to explain myself in front of all the customer’s(it violates my HIPPA rights) We were hoping to take a day off, from driving all the way up to Arrowhead… And just go to church and fellowship afterwards. Of course Satan always has to do something like this when you think you’re having a good day. Now I have to drive 2 hours, to get my meds at the Rite Aid I use regularly… Because some jerk in the pharmacy decided to be a jerk. Now I also have to go through the pain in the butt of switching all my prescriptions that are already in the Rite Aid system. To another pharmacy, since I’m living here permanently and need to use something local, but no stinking way am I putting my health in the hands of people who play these games. If you tick enough people off who decide to take their business elsewhere, and you loose money… Start your lay-offs in the pharmacy Dept. SMH Sincerely Jude&Bethany Wheeler

There’s lots better pharmacies around than this one. The staff is really bad lots of new people and 1 pharmacist actually refused to fill a valid prescription. I now avoid this place like the plague. The best one in town is called Avalon pharmacy that’s the place to go.

Can’t believe I’m reviewing a drug store, BUT… the last 3 times I renewed my prescriptions, I was told a time they’d be ready and, after adding an hour just to be sure, was told it wasn’t ready. Come back in 30 minutes. The previous time it was computer problems. Today«there was a glitch & we have to add an expiration date», for nasal spray no less. Get it together, Rite Aid. CVS«no tobacco sales» is looking pretty attractive.

I love my Rite Aid. Whoever hires does a real good job. I love the staff here. So friendly… maybe cause I am but still… they are awesome:) they should all get raises for just knowing customer service so well… and the pharmacy staff is very pleasant too:)
