Make sure your kids eat BEFORE they play. I overheard front desk staff say a kid pooped in slide a few days ago. They were talking about it after I complained to the staff That the play land smelled like a locker room. My son in 9th grade here said it smells worse than the soccer team locker room! Poop plus absorbent spongy flooring is a bad combo.

I went to McDonalds this morning at 10:15, was told I could not order lunch for my son… And when I asked if all lunch items could not be ordered before 10:30, the order taker said«when I say Only, that’s what I mean». What in Gods name is wrong with people?

Thanks for living up to your stereotypes lol I eat fish and was desperate hungry, so we went to Mc Donalds. The girl was ignorant and argued that they don’t have recon onions(which is just short for reconstructed onions) dehydrated onion that has been reconstructed with water lol. You have to say recon because if you don’t, they always put quarter pounder onions that over power the food(or whatever it is) So the girl was dumb, we can live with that. The fish was cold and you can tell its been sitting in the basket for too long… Gross. They didn’t put the pickles on it, like I asked for. Now that America is maturing food wise, these places aren’t even that busy… make the dang food to order Lazies. Oh well, good reminder to never eat there.

Stopped by last night for coffee before a long drive. Ht the drive-thru at 9:58pm, and got to the order speaker. I was told to hold on and then all of the lights were shut off, as was the speaker. They closed. Posted hours were until 11PM. Oh well… it saved me the regret of supporting this human-killing disgusting fast food chain. But it would be nice if these people would be courteous enough to alert the customers that they are about to close instead of asking us to hold and then closing.

Long drive thru line. It was an average McDonalds! We enjoyed our fast food. Burritos are smaller here than in Washington!

Extremely poor service. Only one register open with groups making lengthy decisions about their order and the McDonalds employees just standing around behind the counter. Manager is usually cleaning tables or not present and has no clue as to what’s transpiring out front.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a breakfast combo. I then asked for a breakfast burrito, too. When I got to the first window, I asked if she got the burrito, and she replied affirmatively. I got to the second window and waited patiently. When she gave me my receipt, I explained that I needed a combo(b-fast sandwich) and the burrito. The girl went to the register and began yelling at me. She continued to yell at me to the point that the manager came and finished the situation. The owner kindly wrote me a letter, explaining why my order was wrong. How about he just trains his employees, specifically Shaylyn, not to scream at the customer(especially when they were wrong and the customer wasn’t being rude) and not stress getting the wrong form letter out? In conclusion, never go here. WORST McDonald’s ever.

I’ve lived in Yucca off and on for the last 4 years, and since the first time I went to this McDonald’s it’s been, for the lack of a better word, crap. I will never forget that, because I had ordered 2 double cheese burgers, and a medium fry. I left the drive-thru with a 20 piece chicken nugget. I walked back inside and told them that it wasn’t what I ordered, and they argued with me, until I went back to the car and got the receipt. Even after I showed them, the MANAGER was talking smack behind the counter to the cook girl and I could hear her. I told her that I wanted a full refund and she tried everything to get me to change my mind. Needless to say, I got my refund. As of recent, the food is always cold and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. It never fails!!! And if you want coffee, do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks next door at starbucks, because the A-holes here couldn’t make a decent beverage to save their lives. I’m sorry to be so crude, but when I spend my hard earned money at your business, I expect ATLEAST decent food and maybe a good attitude when you’re serving me. If you don’t like working fast food/customer service, do the town a favor and quit your job, you’re turning people away.

Employees there are usually rude, especially in the drive through. Most of the employees are teenagers that talk to you like you are one of their high school buddies.

Typical McDonalds. Food hasn’t changed and probably never will. Recently fell in love with the daily double. This place always gets my order right which is more than I can say about other places.

Great parking spaces available! That’s the only positive thing going on here. My husband was the one to enter the store and experience the very poor, poor service. He said that is the worst customer service he has received from a McDonald’s. Reason: 4 employees at the front, behind the counter one of them either a manager or supervisor, saw my husband walk in but did not acknowledge him after a a minute or so waiting. My husband believes they may have been having a mini meeting, but really how hard is it(especially, you, manager or supervisor, and shame on you!) to say, Good morning, we will be right with you. I guess pretty darn hard in Yucca Valley! Hopefully we don’t have to return to this location.

They recently split the drive through at this location and I swear folks are confused by it. They’ll approach and brake as if the natural line of drift and their favored side doesn’t mix and causes mass confusion. The food here is usually spot on with the way you order it and one late night a manager actually compensated us with more food because we were waiting for a bit longer than usual. I haven’t had a problem here and I don’t foresee one in the future.

Why did they remake this place to resemble a prison?! This would have been my last choice in design for a desert community… unless they are telling us about the livelihood of most of Yucca Valley’s population. Okay, now I get it.

Every time we visit this McDonalds the Ice cream machine is broken along with the shake machine! I’m starting to think the health department closed the machines down for there bacteria levels. Very disappointing :(.5 stat from me.

Food in a bag out of a window. Three times was stone cold. Ever eat a grease burger or fries that’s cold? I would not go to this one again if the world was coming to an end.

after a movie with my girlfriends nephews we stop in for a quick bite. we ordered a few kids meals a few dollar menu items and a large fry. everything was good cept the fries, which tasted old. they werent too finicky about asking for extra mcnugget sauce so we let it slide. the playland they pack is enormous. for how cold it was outside at the time it was nice and toasty inside. some of the pipes were large enough for me to crawl in and get snapped in a few pictures but my head, back, and kneed can only take so much pounding. everything was clean and the staff was kind nothing too special cept the pictures we took.
