Just signed up monday tech came out today and was told by customer service he didnt go his job correct for outside wires so now got to wait another day for him to come back out. Just moved in and need service. May just jump to uverse if anymore hicups

Horrible service, I called and got a automated prompt which then had me hold to talk to a representative. After 10 minutes of waiting to talk to someone the line just hung up.

For «high-speed» (very hiccupy service) Internet (ONLY) just got notified they are raising my rate to $ 82.99 per month. They are nuts — greedy corporate bastards! While the rest of America is living on less and less they raise the rate by nearly 14% in one year. GO ELSEWHERE if you can!!!
