First of all, I would like to start by saying that I’m extremely surprised that no one has reviewed this park! My fiancé and I have had a blast watching our puppy girl(Layla-Ann) run around and play here at Pets and People! The park looks to be about 2 – 3 acres(just by guessing) with a decent sized pond in the center. There’s not a ton of obstacles or places to sit(as I believe they are underfunded… sadly) but they do have lots of room for your fur-baby to stretch its legs. I highly recommend you bring some balls or toys of your own in order to interact with you furry friend. The reason I really enjoy the park is due to the fact that you get to interact with«The Locals», otherwise known as the shelter dogs. They have a handful of dogs that belong to the shelter(mostly abandoned) and live there permanently. It gives you a chance to play and show love to dogs who have been neglected or discarded and it gives you a chance for your dog to develop stronger social skills. I really enjoy being able to interact with these animals and show them love without actually taking them home(I wish we could!!!). Try the place out! If you love dogs, especially the neglected ones, you’ll love this park!
