went in see why I was not getting tranmittion… phone fine… tried to sell me a new phone… this was not the solution… I needed an amplifier.

After I had bought my new phone from Walmart for Verizon to get a better deal on the phone itself I had to stop here to sort things out. Carlos helped me understand what I needed to do to get into contact with Verizon to fix my phone issues via Assumed Liability. I also traded in my iPhone to get a new case for my Samsung S5, a tablet with a case (their Eclipse), and screen protectors for each device while I was there. He was able to work out some discounts for me as well before sending me out the door with all the information I needed to rectify the situation with not being able to port my old number to my new phone. I guess I learned my lesson and should just pay a little more just to hopefully get things fixed the first time.
