Pretty gross, but super cheap for what ya get. Needs some maintenance. It’s a bed, def not a 5 star.

This is a very! basic hotel, with no amenities other than a microwave and refrigerator — plus a swimming pool that actually looked nice. Surprises everywhere here, and I can only think that they intend to upgrade and are caught in the middle. The room was clean but not well kept up – walls badly scuffed, missing tub stopped, hole in the wall, phone that kept blinking no matter what I did, smoking allowed in some rooms(including the non-smoking room we were initially offered). Still for $ 35 it is more than you can expect. If you are not too fastidious, and just want to snatch some sleep on the way from somewhere to somewhere else, it is probably the best value in Yuma.

Not as dirty as I thought it would be but you get what you pay for. We had a room full of teenagers screaming in the room next to us while their parents drank in the parking lot. The next morning there were kids screaming and running all over the parking lot and knocking on doors. Never staying here again. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Worst experience ever.

For $ 39, do you think you are going to get the Four Seasons? Nope. Our car broke down Friday night on I-8 as we were heading to san Diego and we are waiting for it to be fixed in the morning at the Pep Boys across the street. So this motel is perfect!

Great, cheap, hot breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I would stay here again anytime. Good safe area, it seems like. We were close to all the things we wanted to do here. Couldn’t ask for more…

The room was really nice, comfortable beds, cable TV, minibar, and most importantly, clean. Also close to everything. For the price you definitely can’t beat this place. On our next trip out of state we’ll be staying here again.

an overnight stay here was simply great. nothing extraordinary room wise; everything worked and it was clean. Will at the front desk was super professional and very informative. for the price, super reasonable, this place will suffice.

My review is based on my room only. I was here on business and only used the room to sleep and bathe. Let me tell you the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are beyond soft. The tv had cable but it was all static like it needed a better connection. They had free wifi but it came from the lobby and since my room was distant from the lobby it really didnt capture the wifi to well. The shower head was awsome. It had message settings. ahh… soothing. The room came with a mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. Sweet! I think if I experienced the pool, hot tub, and dinning room(for breakfast) I would have given this place 5 stars.

I stayed here just over 1 week ago. The staff really know their biz & very helpful. Alex, in the breakfast room used his tip money to get me a bottle of water since they don’t provide with breakfast. Front desk, Susan & Will also went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. Good looking hotel from outside while inside could use some upgrading + tv picture poor due to old wiring, otherwise 5 stars. Needed tv since first game of NFL season was during my stay. Far superior to the close by Motel 6 for similar price.

I’ve stayed at several America’s Best Value Inn locations over the years, and surprisingly, this one is better than most others of this particular hotel chain. I heard from the lady working the front desk that this used to be a Ramada, which is probably why this place is nicer than usual. My room at the hotel was extremely comfortable. The beds were clean, and so was the bathroom. If I could change one thing, it would be to add an electrical outlet somewhere. There was no available outlet for me to plug in my laptop and my cell phone charger, so I had to unplug the alarm clock and bedside lamp. I enjoyed eating their continental breakfast before I left. I had scrambled eggs and pancakes. They also had several different kinds of cereal, toast, and orange juice. It was a very decent amount of food. I had to take one star away for the internet not working in my room. I had to sit around the hotel lobby with my laptop because that’s the only place I could get wifi. I paid $ 55 or so for one night at this place. It was definitely a good deal. You don’t come to a hotel like this on vacation. This is a no-frills hotel in the middle of a no-frills city. If you need a place to sleep, shower, and eat before you pack up and drive off to some place better, this is the right hotel for you. I would stay here again.
