Del Taco beats Taco Bell. hands down
I had the fish taco and it changed my life. I wish we had this fast food chain in NY instead of Taco Bell. Also wished the tacos were bigger in portions. But regardless the west coast has it good with Del Taco as an option.

Tried a beer battered fish taco for the first time and OMG I am in love. A little disappointed at the small size but the taste makes up for it. They were surprisingly hot when I got home and I had to wait a couple minutes for them to cool down. I like that they’re wrapped in aluminum foil and two corn tortilla wraps. The drive thru line at this location was pretty slow, took about 15 – 20 minutes total to serve the 3 cars in front of me. The teller was very polite though. At least, it didn’t sound like she hated her job. That’s always a plus at fast food places.

Closer to actual Mexican food than Taco Bell. They actually have some pretty good stuff on the menu. Plus their fries just plain rock.
