Went to go eat there for our wedding anniversary and the location was great next to the mall. The waitresses and staff were friendly and very courteous. That’s about all the good stuff I have to say. The food was lacking in portion size and was not that good. I’ve had better seafood at Long John Silver than this place. My wife’s glass was dirty and her food wasn’t up to par either. I would think twice about going again.

I remember know why I do not eat at Red Lobster. The Yuma location has unquestionably the WORST customer service, and the food hit a new low! You would think that our waitress would recognize that something is wrong when neither of us finished more than 10% of our plates, NEVER had a manager stop by the table and ask how our dinner was, which we would have said horrible. Never Again, Avoid it and go to Del Taco next door, has to be better than that, and since I wanted fish for dinner that night, bet I could have order $ 75 worth of fish taco’s at Del Taco, the fish would have been better, hot, and better service than Red Lobster!!!

Forgot to mention the service was excellent. The host and our server, Tatum, were very outgoing and personable. One of the best hosts we’ve encountered anywhere.

Our service was really great and our food kept coming out really fast, I believe our waitress name was Tatum, she was so great and very knowledgeable and super nice and easy going. The food as always is great!

Good for a chain seafood restaurant. Greeted nicely by the host and the waitress. Both made sure we had everything we needed. It was Shrimp Fest time which is a great time to be here. We love their cheddar bay biscuits but they took forever to bring them to our table. Once there, they were nice and hot. We were thanked for visiting which was nice.

Everything started off well. Ten minute wait, no problem. So we go to the bar. Delicious alcoholic drinks. Then we got seated, and it all went to HELL!!! She didn’t come to the table with cheesy biscuits. May have been high drugs. Took forever on getting the three out of four drink orders. Would have been four if not for him already having his drink. Then i couldn’t help but notice the problem she was having with her other tables. So just go some where else. Just don’t come here.

Great service! 3 huge shrimp tacos for $ 7.99 was a great deal. The waitress knew we where on a lunch break and was quick with everything.

Awesome service, food was great and we were seated immediately!!! Clean and new restaurant in Yuma — great place for family, business, date night! There is a server who sings a birthday song like no other! Wonderful restaurant for celebrations too! Menu is plentiful with much of it being smothered in sauces or cheese, my only downside, albeit, personal preference. Enjoyable experience. Yes go, if you were thinking of it!

Yuck. My meal tasted like food that had been in the freezer too long, then re-cooked. Service is otherwise good, but the food is mediocre at best.

I have only tried this restaurant once. I went with three other people at that time. We were treated nicely, and we had no problem with the staff members. However, I did experienced an issue with the food. My family ordered seafood related entrees, and I ordered an Italian dish. They let me try the seafood, and it was great. My dish, on the other hand, was bad to the point that it had to be thrown away. My family tried my dish as well and they experienced the same issue. The manager told me that it was one of the most requested entrees, but I did not understand why. Still, everything else was great. The place was clean and inviting. I understand that their strongest is the seafood, but still, I feel they can do better with the rest. I will have to give it another try.

It’s a red lobster… Not too much more to be said. And so on your facility it was very clean. And the food is consistent what you expect going into the place. That day I hung the lobster tacos for lunch… It was really not any different from tacos on the other taco plate that they offer. Everything is frozen fresh so keep that in mind when ordering

Crab was only thing good about this place. Waiter was very much untrained. Half our food was missing. Sheesh I understand it was a chain but where does customer service come in.

We went for lunch at 2pm and ordered the 4 course meal for $ 15.99. Great deal by the way. Unfortunately as I walked in, the nauseating stench of something resembling fishy coleslaw assaulted my nostrils and made me feel sick to my stomach the whole time we were there. I realize it’s a seafood restaurant but I’ve been here once before and it didn’t have any offending smells. The garden salad was very wilted and not crunchy at all, and the potato soup had hard, rubbery potato slices in it. I don’t know how you make a potato hard and rubbery but my husband noticed it too and was put off. The cheddar bay biscuits which are the best part of Red Lobster were dry and mostly tasteless as well. When our main course came, I only picked at it. It tasted good but it was so rich that I could only stand a few mouthfuls. Perhaps I’ll order salmon next time.

I absolutely loved the service here today. Usually when I get a server on training, my eyes roll immediately. Today we had the most pleasant and sweet waiter. His name was Matt. We even talked about Philippino food when I asked him if there was anywhere near by yuma that had legit pansit. Anyway, the food was amazing And the service was impeccable. Take Matt off training, he’s amazing and really nice and professional!

I get there’s a new menu type deal that’s three courses for like $ 15, the server only reminded my party three times while we were trying to make a selection. Service here lacks, there was about three employees chatting about their personal life near the kitchen where we were seated along with other parties. Server also didn’t refill drinks often, got the order wrong, and had to be reminded twice about the dessert but remembered the check long before desert was brought to the table. Won’t be coming back to this location.

We have been to other Red Lobster restaurants in San Diego and Orem UT and??? After reading the mostly poor reviews/ratings for this Yuma restaurant we were skeptical, but we really wanted some fish and sea food, so we went and we were pleasantly surprised. First the greeting, hostess seating was better then we might have expected. The server was at our table pretty quickly and in fact all of the service was at least a 4 maybe 4.5. The menu choices were many. We started with a appetizer, mushrooms stuffed with crab and lobster, they were delicious. Wife wanted King Crab and they didn’t have it, but I guess it is a seasonal thing. I had a shrimp, lobster tail, scallop combo with broccoli and a very nice rice medley that included wild rice, very nice. My wife had the catch of the day salmon, it was only a 3 for the fish, all the other things that went with it were a 4. The caesar salad was OK, not great but it was a salad that came with the meal, can’t expect a great caesar salad when it is a go with. Not surprising that the salmon was not outstanding, even in San Diego there are only a couple places where she can get really good salmon. For desert we shared a piece of their key lime pie and it was very good. The place was very clean, ambiance was excellent, and of course the prices were very reasonable when you compare it to fish and sea food places in San Diego. It probably sounds like I am making excuses for food that was only a 3. Fact is that when I pay $ 150 for dinner for two, it damn well better be outstanding. This dinner with two glasses of wine was $ 68 and when you are getting fish and sea food, that is cheap, I don;t think you can expect better than what Red Lobster puts on the table for that kind of money. A good value in my mind.

Food was decent; it is Red Lobster thus nothing above decent I don’t think is possible. Atmosphere was actually quite good. Only complaint was the table by the kitchen had 4 – 6 employees the entire time chatting, hanging out doing nothing. Was a complete nuisance and think they should have been maybe working, or hanging in their lunch room instead.

We were greeted by a host who was obviously not happy to be there. Instead of being seated, we were asked to wait so she could wipe our table down first. We were sort of confused as the restaurant appeared pretty empty. After being seated, we waited… and waited… and waited. As our server blew by us, we were told that she would be right with us… and then we waited more. She finally appeared again and took our drink order. Since we had waited so long, we already had our choices picked out as well. Once our server appeared, she did a really good job. Food was out quickly, she was attentive, and gave us refills on drinks and biscuits. Very friendly and sincere. As far as team work goes, the restaurant was lacking. Our dishes would be sitting there while several employees would walk by staring at them versus taking them back. I understand that we have a server assigned to us. However, if you are going to walk back anyway, why not take the plates too? The food was ok. We had a couple things that we enjoyed, like the coconut shrimp and garlic grilled shrimp. Others were mediocre such as the Cesar salad and clam chowder. I also had one broccoli piece that was raw; bummed that I left that piece for last. Desert was actually really good. We had the brownie served with ice cream. Overall, I would go again. It’s just not a place that I’m going to be in a hurry to go back to.

I LOVE seafood but I’m not a big fan of their dinner menu(low quality and WAY over priced), I love their appetizers and their lobster bisque is the best around and of course you gotta love the cheddar bay biscuits. I had their shrimp tacos for lunch and it was just ok. Even lunch was over priced. They don’t even have an add soup price, they charge you full price. One of the nights I ordered a lobster pizza(it was good but wasn’t cut all the way through and had to rip it apart myself) and the lobster bisque was great. I don’t know why they thought I needed 3 sets of silverware(It was wasteful) I enjoy red lobster mainly for their appetizers and soup, NOT for their lunch or dinner menu. Too over priced and not very good quality.
