We just stopped by for a tasty treat an hour before closing but they were closed with a hand written note saying«be back in 5 minutes». Are you kidding me?! What kind of a business is that? Plus, we were there deciding where to go next for more than five minutes and still no one showed up! Way to lose business…

Lower than average. Only one cup size to choose from… strange. Very expensive at $ 0.46 per ounce. Toppings weren’t very fresh. Stale nuts, etc… Area was clean and staff was friendly and they did offer a military discount which is always appreciated.

Very cute atmosphere and convenient location but the yogurt taste and texture are not very good. The yogurt is watery, melts quickly, and is bland tasting. I didn’t finish my serving the last time I went there.

Terrific yogurt. Tons of different flavors. Great service. Courteous staff. Was a relief in the hot weather.

Typical froyo spot. I have no complaints. When I walked in, no one was out front. When the girl did come out, she didn’t say anything. I got my yogurt, paid, and left.

Its okay for a 1st timer to enjoy but if you have been to yogurtland or any other yogurt places elsewhere, it’s not up to par. No bueno at all. Yogurt tasted like it was watered down. It’s cold outside and our yogurt started melting quickly and looked watery as well.

Good variety of flavors and toppings. No nutritional info when I asked. Been here numerous times for a tasty treat.

It’s nice that they have a frozen yogurt shop in the mall area and Big Swirl is nice if you’re in town, but honestly this yogurt is average quality, if not too icy and not creamy enough, and way overpriced — even more expensive than well-established froyo franchises like Yogurtland and Pinkberry in the bigger cities. Certain members of the staff(might be the owner actually, not sure but they are older and in there a lot) can be really rude. Their hours have also changed a lot so that’s kind of confusing. If you really want good yogurt, just drive out to the foothills and go to Tiki Hut, but if you want something that’s quick and convenient, Big Swirl is all right I guess.

Conveniently located in Yuma Palms around plenty of shops and next to the Starbucks. 2 Outdoor tables, plenty of indoor seating. Self-serve, pay by the ounce which I like. Cake batter flavor is way too sweet. Cheesecake flavor is too watered down. And to top everything off, this place doesn’t routinely carry Original-Tart flavor. How do you call yourself a fro-yo place when you don’t even have original flavor? Toppings are pretty generic. No Mochi though. They also have these little jelly balls filled with fruit flavored liquid… looks like salmon eggs but are kinda fun to eat. I ended up getting cookies and cream with toasted coconut, jelly balls, and capt crunch. I’ve never tried their sorbets because I come here for FRO-YO. My favorite flavor that they carry on occasion is Pistachio. In my opinion all their fro-yo tastes like soft-serve ice cream. I like my fro-yo flavors to have some tartness to them. I continue to come here on occasion… then I crave pinkberry afterwards :(

This place was yummy. It is 109 degree weather and we just rolled into town. We had our dear pickles and they do not allow little hand held doggies in. So my husband and I had to tag team it(very nice of the cashier even with other customers in) I was actually surprised they had mochi!!! I give this place 4 stars 5 if they would have let my baby in. I think alot more ice cream /yogurt, fast food or any quick Dwight allowed pets. Pet friendly places is money making friendly places!

The yogurt here is pretty good. The chocolate and birthday cake were really delicious with a few yogurt chips on top. If you’re in that area of town, it’s definitely worth a stop in if you’re craving some fro-yo. In my experience, the employees there have been pretty polite. It’s always neat, and clean. My son loves the chalk board/kids area.

I love this place. You get your sweet tooth fix and it’s not that bad for you. I would give 5 stars but the price is a bit high. The ambiance is nice for a quick stop with the kids.

the fro-yo here isn’t that bad, i prefer the tiki hut in the foothills better. this place definitely looks cool with the décor, flat screens, and chalk board for the kids, but the girl that was working the counter was on her cell phone(which sounded like a personal call) while ringing us up… rude, but whatever. i definitely like the cheesecake flavor at tiki hut, but this place has actual cheesecake bites which make up for lack of flavor with their cheesecake fro-yo. perfect for a hot summer day.

42 cents looks like the final price they have settled on at the Big Swirl… Because of this I can’t give it 4 stars as the fourth start from my previous review was because it was priced below 40 cents an ounce. I can go to San Deigo and pay 30ish cents an ounce or even to the foothills here in Yuma and pay .39 cents. If they bring down the price(which they might do after they have determined what the market is like) then I will reinstate my original rating. Either way this place is still good. :)
