Best customer service. We go there a lot and there is always someone available to help. Highly recommended.

Seriously the worst customer service! You can never find anyone to help you. Last time I was in there the paint dept was infested with flies. I saw a pizza box in the trash can and thought that’s where it was coming from. The person I the paint dept was mixing paint when I arrived. I pick out my color and honestly stood there for 10 mins before the guy even acknowledged me. There was no one in line and it was obvious he was filling another customer’s order. However a simple be with you in a minute would have been nice. I had to signal for him to have him come over after he looked at me several times. Once he came over I put the paint sheet on the counter. The guy literally pulls out a fly swatter kills the flies then leaves them on the counter. Yuck! Their prices are little better then Lowes. However I think in the future I’d rather spend more money at Lowes just so I can get a cleaner store and better customer service.

We are here in a city of Yuma. We need the operators back on the phones. To go into the store and hear the phones ring and ring. We talked to one of the employees that stated that they are rural and don’t need a phone operator. The other thing that get’s me going is in the Spanish talking. We are in AMERICA and we voted a few years ago that out languish is English. They will stand there behind the desk and speak to each other in Spanish. How do we know if they are talking about us, but what ever they should be doing their job and speak to us in English. If people need help in Spanish fine then talk to them, but if you want to be in the U.S.A. and be a citizen and get our benefits like jobs, medical and social security learn English. I love your store with what they have in stock and the products, but please give us back some quiet with the phones.

Wow, great customer service! The last time my husband and I went to Home Depot was to get one thing, a «weed wacker». Of course, they didn’t have the Black ‘n Decker model we wanted as they were sold out, and I believe it was for $ 149.99. The only model they had that was similar was a Ryobi model, and that was for another fifty dollars or so. The kind employee told us that he would give us the Ryobi«weed wacker» for the same price as the Black ‘n Decker! =D We were so pleased! Thank you for your outstanding customer service! And I don’t know why people complain about people standing outside looking for«jobs»… I’ve never seen them before… LOL Must be a stereotype.

First of all– WESPEAKYOURLANGUAGE!(which is Spanish) 98% of the staff speaks Spanish so if you do, good for you! haha. Every trip I’ve taken here has been a pleasant experience. IF you want to compare to the local Lowes – Home Depot is the way to go IMO because it seems like the people here actually know what they’re doing. and if you get the right person in their department, they’re very knowledgeable! I’m really bad with names(will update later next time I catch it) but there is a gentleman in the paint department that KNOWSHISSTUFF! He is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very patient with you like you’re the only customer in the store. I love that! And there’s always that one person in every department here. so that’s what keeps me coming back! *NOTE: Home Depot carries the best paint(IMO) BEHR! Lowe’s DOESNOT!

Went here a couple of times in the last two weeks. Each experience is different. The first couple of times I was helped right away and then next time I went in I felt like a irritant to the employees. In the end I got the help I needed(had to buy a refrigerator, some flooring, and a rug). Overall a little frustrating but I did get a good deal and the good outweighs the bad on this one! Would shop here again.

I’ve been here several times, but have an overall mixed vibe. It’s your average Home Depot, and the people vary from area to area. The guy in the appliance section is great. He’s very patient, knowledgeable, and informative. Other than that, sometimes help is right around the corner, sometimes it is never around the corner, or if it is, the advice is mediocre at best.
