Great food. Restaurant is clean and the service is fast. Employees seem miserable, but they make great subs.

Clean, decent food, relatively decent view, a bit crowded thanks to its proximity to Walmart, even at 3:30pm.

The employees all appear to be on the verge of suicide… customer service lacking w/long, sad, sullen facial expressions. All of the tables were dirty & the depressed attendant who finally cleaned them did so w/windex casually sweeping everything onto the already dirty floor — Seriously.

Even though its a franchise and everything tastes pretty much the same as every other Subway what makes this one different is the service. I actually stopped going to this location because they can not make a sandwich right. The meat and cheese are the only thing that covers the entire length of the sub. Anything else I’ve ever asked for is piled up in the middle, and whenever I asked them to spread it out a little they got an attitude like I was asking them to do push-ups. The odd thing about it though is that all of them do it, I mean really how hard is it to make my sandwich like you would want yours. When you get a foot long and ask for tomatoes the put 3 – 4 slices on, I’ve even had to ask them to remove a slice before because it had a stem on it. Do they really think I want to eat that. If you’re in the area and want a sub just go the the Blimpie up the road, the prices are a little higher but they know how to make a sub.

It’s a chain, so you know what to expect food-wise. The location is great, right at Zion Crossroads. Service is inconsistent. I’ve been here once, and speed was not a priority. Tonight, it wasn’t so bad, though.
