A lively Bar with a fantastic restaurant makes The Jekyll an experience not to be missed.

Situated next to the main bus stop and bowling alley in Cham Sud, The Jekyll is the perfect venue for apres ski drinks offering great happy hour deals from 4pm and live music most nights. From 6.30pm The Jekyll turns into a restaurant well known for its superb hearty reasonable food — try the famous Goulash Soup! After dinner the music is turned up with sounds of live music and The Jekyll becomes a late night party venue for all.

‘The Hyde’ bar is our downstairs ultra cosy relaxed bar. Set in the stone, this room provides an excellent place to chill out from the mayhem upstairs and warm in front of our open FIREPLACE! With its large screen its also a perfect place to comfortable watch in peace any current sporting events!

With great reasonable cuisine and bar guaranteeing a lively after dinner party The Jekyll is one of the only places in town offering a complete evenings entertainment.

One of the best beer selections in Chamonix. They had 8 taps and most of them were of a quality greater than you can get anywhere else in town. The staff is great– very friendly and inviting. While we were in town, they had live music on Friday night (some Scottish dudes) that would play songs by request.
The food is pretty good for pub food, but not good enough to mention on a post card.
I would like to dock them 1-​star for not playing Creed or Nickelback by request, but I can’t bring myself to do it.
I would absolutely return.

If you’ve eaten the food served here somewhere in the US, then you’ve probably had better. The jalepeno poppers were actually pretty good, but the chicken wings were only about average and the ribs were the worst ribs I’ve ever had in my life. (And I’m really not exaggerating)
On the plus side, they’ve got big beers (like everywhere else in Chamonix) and free WiFi (unlike most of the other restaurants).

They had eight beers on draft including Belgian selections, and Guinness (its a pub after all!). There were a large selection of liquors, but not as many wines as you might guess for being in France. There was a large selection on the menu, and everything we tried was a very high quality, at a reasonable price. Their «pie» was very good with big chunks of tender beef and mushrooms in a dark sauce. The veggie burger was great as well.
They had a live band which was very good. The crowd was friendly, as well as the staff, and we had a great time! Definitely worth another visit next time in town.

Really enjoy coming here. It is a bar but I prefer the food here more than most places in Chamonix.
The veggie burger is awesome and so is the Curry.
I come here often and definitely recommend.

Your typical run of the mill pub in Chamonix Sud. We only had a few drinks there on a saturday night where they had a local band playing covers of cheesey 90’s music. I was surprised to hear a funky version of the back street boys which actually works in a weird and strange way. Great atmosphere and good selection of beer.

Great bar. Went there 2 nights in a row last week. Lovely atmosphere, good food, big choice of drinks, and very friendly bar staff.
