This is a little piece of the beautiful island of Sardinia served on the table. Chef Salvatore wisely inspires himself to over 1000 old traditions interpreting them with a modern touch. I visited with a group of friends we went for a tasting menu set. Amazing food and wines. We started with sardinoan artisanal charcuterie continuing through several entres tapa style. Memorable wew the porcheddu and the octopus Mediterranean style! Welcoming and warming service completed our wonderful meal!
