A little gem, great local restaurant. Really good value and delicious food. BYOB is an added plus! off license is next door so feel free to wander next door mid-meal! really homemade Indian food. Definitely recommend.

The best Indian restaurant in town, no joke!!! This is not exactly the traditional Indian, as the owners are Indian South African. You’ find what you Know but with a twist. The result: pure magnificence Free corkage, bring your own wine(or buy it next door). And on the top of everything, a very warm welcome(very rare thing in our days!)

A great little(and I do mean little) Indian which gets so packed at the weekends that the atmosphere is electric. The food is not at all bad and the absoloute biggest seller for me is the fact that you can bring your own wine, with, get this… NO corkage at all. The fact that immediately next door is Goggins off-licence with a tremendous selection of wines just makes it the best deal ever.

This is one of the nicest Indians around, particularly if you’re not in the mood to go all the way into town. It’s really small, which means that service is good(without being obsequious) and they attend to you quickly. They don’t have a liquor licence, but you can buy whatever alcohol you like next door and they very kindly won’t charge you corkage. Though I must admit that I’ve yet to find an alcohol that goes perfectly with the level of spicy-ness I like in my food. The food itself is smashing… the chicken is always top quality and succulent, and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The menu is quite restricted however, so if you don’t like any of the options you’re fairly scuppered. However, if you do then it’s top notch. They’ll even make it ‘proper’ spicy for you… many restaurants tone down the level of spice for Irish palates which ruins the taste for me! They give you poppadoms and dips when you come in and also do a take-out service which I would avoid… they charge the same as the sit-down price, and we all know that it’s so much nicer for someone else to do the dishes!!!

Great Indian restaurant. One of the finer ones I’ve ever graced with my presence, in fact. Wine has to be bought in the offy next door though, which confuses a steady flow of first time customers.
