Great prices, great service, tasty food and enough forms of chicken to make your head spin. Portions are quite large — I’m absolutely stuffed and delighted after a Camden Club.

Camden Rotisserie is a restaurant on Camden street that’s specialty is chicken. I was eager to try it as I love all things chicken. I went on a Sunday evening and it wasn’t too busy. The layout of the restaurant is very relaxed– there are 3 or 4 long benches so they can accommodate both big and small groups easily. There was no wait and we got seated instantly. There is a lovely atmosphere with dim candle-lighting. There is such a big selection on the menu that I didn’t know what to choose. I went for the wings and the sweet potato fries– The buffalo wings were deliciously hot with plenty of sauce. The sweet potato fries were grand but a bit soggy towards the end. The hand cut fries may have been the better option. My friend got half a rotisserie chicken with mashed potato– choosing BBQ sauce as the topping(options were gravy, piri piri and BBQ). She said the chicken was so succulent and the nicest she’s ever had in a restaurant in fact. The mashed potato was average– it needed more butter and milk I think. Overall we both enjoyed the food a lot– and the fact that it was so reasonably priced contributed to this. The waiters were notably nice, friendly and really helpful– there was never a moment when they weren’t in plain sight. They serve beer and wine as well– so I would definitely recommend this place to go out for a meal with your pals, or even for a cheap and cheerful family dinner.

It does what it says on the box — chicken! Shockingly enough you can find several different STYLES of chicken here too — wings, wraps, rolls, burgers, EVEN *gasp* in salad! In all seriousness though the rotisserie style cooking is great — much healthier than fried and the chicken is tender and juicy in everything I’ve had it in. The Buffalo burger is great, and my friends got a wrap and another burger and loved them too. The banoffee and ice cream was a great way to satisfy the sweet tooth afterwards as well! We went on a Saturday around 1:30 and it was relatively quiet but a few groups rolled in as we ate. Good music playing the whole time anyway so it didn’t seem sleepy or slow even when we were some of the only ones there. Great long tables, picnic-style, so would be awesome for a big group at lunchtime! Doesn’t break the bank either. However, the waitress seemed a little oblivious and wasn’t very attentive, we had to call her over several times to refill water and get the bill. All in all a great little place, the food is nice, and it’s pretty guilt-free since it’s just chicken and not the fast-food stuff that just oozes grease. Tastes great, good portion sizes in general(although the salad on my plate was LAUGHABLY small), decent prices.

If you like chicken, you will love this place! The quality is perfect, I always take the chicken wrap but the tenders and the burgers look very good! The fries are good, I love the sweet potatoes fries even better. The only thing, sometimes it could be very busy and so a little slow but it worth!

Awesome, yummy menu showing off all things Chicken to all its glory. I’ve been here few times for lunch, had the chicken wrap and recently had the chicken fillet burger and it was tops! Staff are friendly and spot is perfect for the quick food turnaround within the lunch hour! Have also had delivery and food arrived hot and still fresh. Introduced my husband recently and he is now a massive fan!

Stopped in for lunch the other day, I have always walked past but never actually had the opportunity to give here a go… I am so glad I did! The sweet potato fries, so so so good, I ended up getting a chicken wrap, it was good but I had serious food envy when I checked out my friend chicken burger… definitely going back soon to order that bad boy… oh and more sweet potato fries! YUM I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, not too keen on the sharing benches but it wouldn’t stop me returning.

A great place to grab a quick bite. The chicken is a little fast-foodishly treated, but overall is pretty tasty. I do feel like it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, but I supposed it’s similar prices to Nando’s and with a lot more quality — so I was told, I’ve never been to Nando’s. During lunch hour this place can get a bit crammed, and because they only have long tables you will be seated next to strangers — which I don’t mind, but shy people beware(also not the best date venue).

There’s an array of tasty variations on our beloved poultry in this nice establishment, and I opted for the pulled chicken sambo, which was full of flavour, drowning in cheese & bbq, all on a damn, nice bun. My buddy got the avocado chicken wrap, which I was assured was also yummy. And the sweet potato fries?! Best ever. The place itself is hipster benches but is still very cosy; there’s plenty of veggie and healthy options and feeling lazy? They even deliver. The staff were beyond friendly and the cost was pretty reasonable.

Out of ideas of where to go if you’re around and wants a quick lunch or dinner? Go there! The theme is chicken. Food, decoration, you name it. So there’s a variety of chicken choices(but also some different stuff as well if chicken’s not really your thing). And you know, they taste good. There’s always some special that you can safely go to if you’re out of ideas(also cheaper!) The sole minus is that the place is a bit cramped so it might be hard to get a table at peak times, but that’s a minor issue. Also their deserts look positively enticing, but I haven’t tried those(yet)

The Chicken Avocado Wrap is a thing of beauty. It’s smooth, fresh and flavoursome but light. I think The Pulled Chicken is what Jesus used on your man, Lazarus. It’s super turbo ultra very extra barbecued, and they don’t skimp on the cheese either. Loads of flavour, really heavy — good if you’re starved or hanging together. Usually, I have to admit defeat and get some of this wrapped up to bring home. Wings are good. Sweet potato fries and regular fries are good too. I’ve tried most of the salads — they’re lovely. I will say that you might want to ask for your dressing on the side, they can be quite generous with it. A star is missing because the cakes here are crap. I don’t know what the story is with them — they’re so far below the rest of the grub on offer. My last one was a brownie, half chilled, half burned. I feel like they might be microwaved? No to dessert here, yes to everything else. Tip — they’re forever running free meal competitions on their Facebook.

3 stars = I have only tried delivery and for what I read the place is nice… Too dry, not tasty enough, size was ridiculous even for delivery, had to wait 20 min more than expected(which is easily forgiven if food is good) I don’t think I will order again from this place, lots of other places to try yet.

We ordered a smörgåsbord extravaganza for delivery: we tried the chicken tenders, nachos with chicken, wings and garlic bread. Everything was great, the Nachos were a surprise, loaded with cheese and plenty of Guacamole, crispy chips, very tasty! The chicken tenders were also very crispy and delicious, everything you want chicken tenders to be. The garlic mayo dip was good, not overly garlicy. Everything came in a generous portion, prices are great too. The only thing we didn’t like was the garlic bread, which was soggy and sad, without much flavor. Otherwise it’s a great menu for delivery, lots of comfort food favs. done well that are perfect for a lazy weekend in. Looking forward to trying their actual roasted chicken and many other things from their menu! They are in a very convenient location on Camden street so will definitely be stopping by to eat-in as well. Very happy with our indulgence weekend of delivery and can’t wait to try more.

I have been waiting a while to go to Camden Rotisserie-I was hoping for something like Swiss Chalet, but instead got a lot of rotisserie chicken, which is a good thing. So, when I happened to be in the Camden St area with some Americans who wanted some home-style cooking and we saw it there… I had the wings-buffalo style and for an extra € 3.50, a side and cold drink. Well-cooked wings(the little drumsticks, my fave) and loads of sauce with thinly sliced celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping. The salad was fine. It was a salad! And my dining companions were delighted with what they had.

Love this spot for a casual bite to eat with cool ambiance! I typically order the pulled chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and a side of fries along with a beer in the bottle. Whatsmore, I enjoy it with my man by candlelight! Yes — candlesticks abound and they’re flickering every evening! The prices are just right. And the food is super tasty. Just rethink the sesame salad — nice attempt but no cigar. Anyway it’s the type of spot that salad shouldn’t even be considered — but, hey, I was trying to be healthy! Stick to the fries and chicken whatnot — it’s all good! Oh, and check out the specials on the board! They even have student discounts :) This cozy candlelit spot on Camden had me at ‘cluck cluck’!

Coming from someone who grew up a few hours from buffalo I have to give credit to their buffalo style wings. They were pretty good. The only thing missing were some carrots with the celery and the blue cheese could have used some crumbles. Outside of that the flavor was really good and very crispy The chicken filet was good as was the ¼ roast chicken. Onion rings were good too. Nothing negative at all about this place I’ll probably stop back tomorrow

My god this place is too good… much better than the likes of Nandos and such … Cheap, cosy, tasty, full bar… roughly € 6.00 for a dozen wings(which tasted so nice) and you can choose from buffalo or BBQ sauce(warning — buffalo extremely«eye watering-ly» hot)… cheap bottles of prosseco(full bottles for about € 22.00) which I loved as not many places do prosseco… Then as far as the wings are concerned you can go up from a dozen, and order 2 dozen etc. Huge portions of nachos… so tasty as well !!! Its like a smart casual vibe in here if you get me… love it and the waitress was very pleasant also !

I haven’t been to eat at the restaurant but I have ordered delivery many times and I was never disappointed. They always use fresh ingredients and the food is really tasty! Considering the quality of similar places that offer delivery this one is definitely the best and that’s why it deserves a 5 star rating!

Now this is one of my favourite place in Dublin. Amazing food, beautiful, polite staff, great food. Brilliant price, nice design. I have never been here for 2 years, and I think I missed a lot. Love it. I am coming here soon with my fiancé and friends :) Thank you :)

Who’s for chicken, chicken and em chicken? Nice spot for lunch. Great wraps and burgers. Nice menu with a good variety– well as much variety as you can get when working with chicken. As gluten free seems to be the allergy of our time, they have a good few bits that one with such allergies can eat. Butterfly chicken, roast quarters and halves. Did have to wait a bit at lunchtime which was a bit annoying but wouldn’t stop me from going back.

If you want a good meal here, don’t go thinking about calories or waist-to-hip ratio or how many burpees you need to do to burn it all off! I made the mistake of doing so and ordered the butterfly chicken breast — it was dry and bland… I had to douse it with ketchup and mayo to make it edible, which defeated the purpose of trying to eat healthy in the first place. I looked at Mikey in despair and jealousy as he happily chomped down on his juicy burger — he did let me have a tiny bite of it just to let me know what I was missing. I also managed to steal one puny onion ring from him. Stingy bastard. So there you go — you can all learn from my mistake — order the burger, go for the fries, indulge in the wings… if it’s not dripping or a tad oily, you made a mistake. *Timmy sad and not wiggling*
