With Starbucks to my left and Subway to my right I didn’t really have a choice where to go for lunch. That said, I didn’t know what to expect from Quigley’s. I ordered the Turkey, Brie and Cranberry wrap off the menu and, although it’s not listed, it came with surprise Ham as well! Great if you like ham and surprises, not so great if you’re like me and go into convulsions if ham so much as touches your lips. I’m in an ambulance now, dictating this to the Joe, the friendly medic who saved my life as I’m currently strapped into a stretcher. Seriously though, the ham was welcome, the wrap was good, the staff were friendly. I recommend the place

As far as the customer journey /experience goes… pretty poor over all. slightly rude staff who are not as comfortable with the language as they should be(trying to be gentle here but you get the idea). The whole ordering experience felt awkward and frustrating — a one star experience if ever there was one. HOWEVER, all is(nearly) forgiven. My QQB Chicken roll, toasted on a seeded bun was blinking lovely — really really good.

Loath Starbucks. Try to stop in here for coffee as often as possible. Bakery is tempting. Stuff looks delicious. Staff could get a bit more training but oh well, no one is perfect. The sell coffee, tea, sandwiches, pastry, breads, salads. Take away also
