Arcade @ Sunway Pyramid

Sunway Pyramid’s Arcade was always a childhood favorite of mine. I remember when I used to come here with a couple of my high school buddies on a weekend, in which we would then proceed to spend our accumulated allowance on the basketball simulator followed by a display of humiliating teenage dance moves.
I had a movie at 4pm with about an hour to spare, so I decided to hop in the Arcade for a couple of rounds on their machines. Just for old times sake, you know? Everything was definitely much more cramped up than usual, in terms of both machines and humans. Noise levels were almost unbearable and the unmistakable stench of sweat hung thick in the air. The basketball machine was a rush of nostalgia though. Ah, nothing better than sweet memories of poor hand-​eye coordination with a side of shame. The dance machine had an insane queue though, so I substituted that for a street fighting simulation (which I managed to conquer, FEAR ME.)
Maybe it was just that day, but the entire atmosphere of the Arcade was nauseating for me. I don’t recall it being so packed, with so little space to maneuver too! They should probably consider clearing out some stuff, or even arrange their machines more systematically at least.

I’m an arcade lover. I love to go to arcade and have fun there. However, my experience at Sunway Pyramid’s Arcade is not that fun. The environment at this arcade is quite bad and loud.
However, the games that they have are very fun and quite unique compared to the other arcade that I had been to. This is actually the plus side of this arcade.
If it is in term of the rate, well, I can say it is just acceptable which is the average rate for the token. But it terms of the games, I can say that here is the best.
