One star for the LED parking system, but that’s it. The only reason I don’t go to Sunway Pyramid is because the mall parking system sucks — so many ways in, but only (feels like) one path out. Heaven forbid if you’re here for a event at the convention centre or leave at the end of business day, it would take at least 20 minutes to just leave the parking lot.
PS If you’re going to an event to the convention centre; don’t park up there. It’s probably faster to take the lifts downstairs to the basement parking to leave. Or else take a cab/​Über.

One of the biggest car parks in Subang jaya!
This carpark is notorious for people forgetting where their car is parked at. The management has taken precautions to ensure that people remember where they parked by labelling each parking ticket with the level of entry.
Also, security here is pretty tight. They have security guards on constant patrol and they are easily accessible as well.
At one point in time, my friend had his windscreens dusted courtesy of the parking management. It was some sort of token of appreciation for his visit to the shopping centre.

The coolest and the most helpful car park in town. (Erm well not so coolest because at the end of the day I spent half an hour locating where did we parked our car.)
First comes to mind when we arrived at the basement park, I was amazed with the board that tells how many vacancy in each level are. Then I wondered how did it sense the vacancy and loaded parking? When I get down, then only I realized there’s sensor in every park lots. See the hanging LED light on every park lot?
When there’s car, the light will turns red, when there’s vacancy, it will appeared green. Now I know how they sense the vacancy and loaded parking. Kudos Sunway team!
Important tips: Always remember what color zone your parking are or else you might ended up spending time like me finding our car. LOL
