The food was cold, yet overcooked. It is not truly French. Some of our dishes came from the freezer. There is no reason to try this, unless you have to burn credits from the hotel. You may be like the other unsophisticated diners who were there and just drink yourself into liking it. Otherwise, save the effort. A vending machine would be better.

This is the only Resturant that was required to make reservation at the Le Blanc resort.
It’s a French Resturant and I was excited to have dinner there in my first night at Cancun. The dress code is formal so you will need to make sure to bring a button down shirt, a slack and a pair of a loafer for your man and a elegant dress for the ladies when you pack up for your vacation.
This is not open to a public, it’s exclusively open for the guests at Le Blanc.
The interior is modern and luxury. The lighting was very simple but fancy.
Over all ambiance was romantic.
The food was amazing!!!
We ordered 4appetizers and a main dish.
Scallop, tuna tartare and of course…“the escargot” (snail).
For the main dish, I chose steak. The Chile wine was good. It was just a overwhelming dinner experience with the excellent food and mostly the romantic ambience that enhanced it.
The waiter was very well mannered with excellent service.
I wanted to go back once more on the last day of our stay but we had other plans and I really regret it now… Love to dine here again on our next trip to Cancun @Le Blanc.
