After my gap year and putting on 7kgs it was hard to find the motivation to go to a gym and start seriously working out. This is when I came to Slimmers Edge and found out about viber-train. I am certainly a fan! The best way to describe viber-train is that it’s a bit like Yoga/Pilates on a vibrating platform. You hold positions for a short period of time with weights/medicine balls while the platform is vibrating at a number of different rates to hit your targeted area. With a number of different programs to choose from, depending on what areas you are wanting to work, there is something that would suit everyone. To start off you do some cardio on either the cross trainers or the treadmill, then depending on whether the viber-train machines are all in use or not you will either jump straight onto the machine and start your work out, or go to the mats and do some ab crunches. My favourite viber-train work out is the cellulite one. You usually do this one at the end and it pretty much involves you just sitting on the platform in a number of different positions and toning up you bum/thigh area. If you’re not the sporty type but want to start getting fit and lose some weight, I would totally recommend coming to Slimmers Edge, ask for David, he can also help you with a clean eating plan and help you get into shape, like Slimmers Edge says, «only 28 days till awesome».
