OK. Take a normal Polish restaurant. Get some outside tables. Stick those tables on a slidey, see-​saw type rocking contraption. Mix together. This is Boruta.
Very odd to rock (not the music type) while you eat, but fun for the kids and at the same time the food was lovely, cheap and served with a smile.
We loved it here and will definitely return.
