Haven’t tried the food, but the sangria was horrible. Sugary, syrupy sweet. When I walk into a Spanish restaurant and order Sangria, I expect it to be poured from a carafe or pitcher into my glass, already made, fruit floating and marinating inside. They made mine from scratch, and that should have been my first warning. It tasted nothing like Spain. Any Spanish restaurant worth its salt should know how to make a decent sangria. This place does not.

Secado it’s a nice bar with really tasty food. The restaurant it’s big and divided in many rooms, so the you can feel comfortable there. The decoration it’s also nice. The cocktail list is so long that seems not to have tomorrow: p so it took a long time to decide. Anyway the drink was good but maybe with lack of alcohol and too much sugar, but it was tasty even though. I’ve chosen a bbq pork chicken, and it was perfect. The steak was pretty big and tasty. Prices are a bit high but the quality of the food 100% natural deserves it. I will definitely come back!

Something got lost in translation, because I wrote a review for Secado just as I was finishing my meal. I even posted pictures. But none of it appears anywhere on Unilocal.Not the first time this has happened. But we happened onto Secado because I wuz robbed. Really robbed. And it was down the block from the police station, where we spent the better part of an entire day playing cat and mouse with the translator the police had to use to do the police report, because not a single cop spoke English.(Thanks to Agnieska and Aneta, who were so helpful when my purse got stolen with everything in it!). So though we were scheduled to leave Warsaw early in the day, we had to hang around into the dinner hour. Secado was the first restaurant we saw, and they had a burger special on a chalkboard out front. Dinner Deals R Us. We did order the burgers, and some nice prosecco. The burgers were big and juicy, and the coleslaw that came with it was pretty tasty. Service was a bit slow, but we had a lot of time to kill, so we really didn’t care. And the prices were definitely right(if I remember correctly, it was half-price). I loved the atmosphere — hip, funky, warm and colorful and cold and industrial melded together. Our dinner experience took the edge off a very trying and exhausting day.
