As a spaniard, I can guarantee you this is a real aproach at what you can find in many different places of spain. Good price and good quality is what you will find here!

Youhouuuuu ! What a great place. Well hidden below a Hilton Hotel, you will meet all kinds of 25−25y people. And what a great food ! Just have a seat, order a pint, and ask for a bit of all. The maids will give you some advice ! Music is made by a DJ every night while dining. A great place, even though it’s a bit far from every other interesting place.

This is very obviously a tourist trap, but I gave in willingly since I was craving Spanish food and Spain was nowhere nearby. Portions are teensy tiny for quite a lot of złoty. Tapas were good, but on the greasier side. I had the garlic prawns with iberico ham, and chorizo in a supposedly white wine sauce(but it was quite red and oily). I was barely even full, hence why they chose to fill half the plate with crostini.

Quant little Tapas bar in central Warsaw. Service is great and the food is even better, I have yet to see anything come out of this kitchen that was not awesome. The Tapas dishes are small enough and reasonably priced enough that you can order multiple items to have as a meal with some variety. I can recommend the calamari as maybe the best i have ever had! These cheese burgers are very good and quite popular, I have seen very large tables come in and order nothing but the burgers. The Spanish beer is very nice and you just really can’t go wrong here.

The new Tapas Gastrobar is located at the Hilton Hotel near the main entrance. While this is not the most convenient location, it is worth a detour to check out the menu. In general, I really adore the idea of tapas. I hate having to chose one delicious thing among many(when it comes to food ;)) and quite often fall victim to food envy in the most pathetic ways possible. Tapas solve that problem. I can have the BBQ sandwich and the chicken strips with honey mustard sauce, and potatoes and bacon and tortillas. Yet, if I had to pick only one thing, I would say that the really stand out item on this menu is the BBQ sandwich. It is glazed BBQ pork rib, which has been pulled off of the bone and is served on an English muffin. It is a nice variation on a classic and the glaze is very similar to if not BBQ sauce. Now, I am not an expert on tapas. I’ve never been to Spain, and I’ve never had tapas outside of Poland. Therefore, I’m judging the quality of food based singularly on its own merit. I find it medium range, not disappointing, but nothing spectacular. As I said I like the BBQ and the range of choice. I’ve noticed that the clientele were varied in nationality(not surprising considering the restaurant is practically inside a hotel), and the staff are quite linguistically agile. One waiter spoke fluent Spanish, English, and(of course) Polish over the course of my meal, and I believe I’ve heard German spoken before as well. Not only is the menu multinational and suitable for different palettes, but the staff is also multinational to match. The only fault I found in the staff here(and I believe this was due to the newness of the restaurant) was the occasional lag in service. Summer seating is quite nice here, with metal chairs and tables under umbrellas. The inside seating(from what I can tell) seems somewhat limited. I’m not sure what the operation of the restaurant will look like in the winter. Everyone dining there was seated outside the few times I was there. I think of Tapas Gastrobar as a nice place to go for a snack, especially in cases where you intend to share food among friends or family.
