A few days ago I was filling up here and I cast myself back thinking: when was the first time I came here to fill up?
Fact is: I don’t remember. Why? Well a) its a petrol station there really isn’t anything to remember and b) its one that I come to most frequently. The second one demands more elaboration, I have been coming to this station for some 12 years now and there is a good reason why I come here all the time: I reckon this is one of the best filling stations in town.
Its convenient: Its situated in Prince Edward on Boundary Road– this is the main thoroughfare from West Kowloon to East Kowloon so you really can’t miss it. Moreover, it is very well connected to road going northbound (Shatin) and southbound (TST) so you really can go anywhere from here.
Its big: Hong Kong is a small place and filling stations can sometimes be one that’s been carved into the side of a building complex. This one is a proper size one, with some 4 lanes of vehicles that could fill up simultaneously. It has a proper shop that sells everything from washer liquids to bags of rice so it will feed both you and the car.
It has everything: You can take your time and pump up your tires here; plenty of space to do it too and there’s a tap down the back so people come and wash their cars here.
