Peking Dumpling Wong by far was the best food I ate while in Hong Kong during my 6 day stay. Directly across the street from the Hotel Gloucester Luk Kwok. Only 7 tables in this tiny outfit with 3 stools at each table. the food was amazing, jam packed with Flavor and fresh ingredients. We ordered mixed Cucumbers, Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, assorted Pan Fried dumplings, bean curd with brown sauce, and an Eggplant dish which was my favorite. All the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. Besides burning my lip on the pan fried dumplings I continued to enjoy my giant size Tsing Tao beer and watch the man is action with his patrons. I recommend to bring your own napkins as they don’t provide them here like many other places in Hong Kong. Overall this is a must try spot if you’re in the area. I will definitely visit again.
