This is THE place to go for pork offals. They are very good at it and specialise in offals. Nonetheless, they also serve other dishes such as seafood and chicken.
We ordered both the blanched mixed offals and the mixed offals stirred fried with preserved vegetables. Both are good. The offals are fresh and cooked to perfection. They are tender and crunchy! The one with preserved vegetable is especially good.
