噹鮮壽司

This is rather similar to Sushi Express. You know — that chained Japanese sushi take out store where all sushi is just 3 dollars each. Tempting huh? But do not expect too much from it. Today I would like to recommend a place that is of the similar kind and it is called噹鮮壽司. (sorry it does not have a English name… but if I have to translate… I can only say that it is called fresh sushi…)
The sushi here is mostly three dollars each (depends on what kind of sushi you want) but the difference is that they make that upon order and do that in front of you. Sushi Express on the other hand, you cannot see what is going on in the kitchen and most sushi are all prepped and wrapped and left in the cooler. So I do think that this place is much better on that note.
The other thing is that the sea urchin sushi is like a paste on top of the rice in Sushi Express; here it is like one of those you can order from decent Japanese sushi bar which I am extremely impressed with that. They also have sashimi and it is only fifteen dollars for a plate. I am sure lots of people are pretty much done with the Sushi Express where you can only get limited number of soy sauce and wasabi; not to mention the fact that they do not include chopsticks. Come here instead. Food is more fresh, and of the same price.
