Mediocre junk food that is grossly overpriced & drowning in salt. SO unhealthy. Bad service but the worse part was the absolutely vile interior. It was a mistake dining here. Highly recommend avoiding.

Slow is an understatement in here. They have no perception of their guests. People are seated and left to decide what they want to order for over 20mins. People being served at random and food orders coming out in random orders Drinks were slow to arrive as was the food. To be fair the service was terrible. The food was average at best. The burgers tasted ok but were very overcooked. I had cheesy bacon fries which don’t actually see any real cheese. I ordered a starter which arrived after the main of BBQ pork potato skins. There was nothing BBQ about them. They were very dry and under seasoned. The final straw to the bad service was the 20 min wait to revive the bill after requesting it and another 10 mins for the girl to find a card machine. I’m not nor ally one for using chain restaurants and this sort of service is the reason why. The only reason they managed 2 stars was the food was edible. If you happen to be in Aberdeen give these guys a wide berth there are far better places to eat.

This place used to be good but the quality of food has gone downhill at a steady pace… went there last night(only because I had a Spree voucher) and it was very poor. We had garlic bread to nibble on before our main meal came and it was awful, the thinnest(almost see through) crispy dough with a tiny bit of butter dribbled on, no flavour of garlic whatsoever. I had a black pepper mayo burger which was ok but the tiny little bit of bacon on it appeared to have been deep fried and cremated. I had a tiny handful of chips… no garnish, coleslaw nothing. Just chucked on a plate. It says alot that while we were there 2 other tables complained about the food, no joke. They are going to have to buck up their ideas because with so much competition in Aberdeen this kind of sloppy grub won’t do. I won’t be going back.

Another chain restaurant at the complex down by Aberdeen beach. I really like the interior of Frankie and Bennys, it is really 1950s American themed with booths and tables to sit at and retro pictures on the walls. Its also possible to buy a Frankie and Benny music CD which is on sale there which has old hits on it which they play in the restaurant, which really adds to the whole atmosphere of the place. There is a great cocktail menu, with non alcoholic cocktails too. The food menu has burgers, pizza, steaks and chicken and is all delicious. The food is quite pricey, with a main meal being around £10, but it is worth it. The servers are friendly and orders are taken quickly and food is quick too. The toilets are nice and clean and have a really cool black and white tile décor.

90% of the time the experience here is good. For a franchise with a high turnover of staff, that is pretty good odds. Particularly like their pizzas which are freshly made to order and really rather good. Often has children’s parties, so if you are child averse go elsewhere!

F&B is great. The food is good, the service is quick, it is reasonably priced and they have packs to entertain the kids. They pull out the stops if it is a birthday, but be warned it is a bit embarrassing when the lights go down and everyone sings… No complaints and a top choice for going out as a family.

I used to go here every few weeks with friends a year or so ago and then we stopped going as we felt the place was going downhill. The food used to be fantastic and they did pitchers of cocktails which were ideal for the start of a night out. However, the last few times we went we received food that was not only burnt, but it was also cold and had taken over an hour to arrive at our table. That was when we decided enough was enough and i’ve never been back since. The staff were always very friendly and apologetic though, you got the feeling they were used to apologising to every customer that went in. The atmosphere was generally quite good and if they don’t have a table when you go in then there’s a little bar to sit and wait at and buy your drinks in advance. The meals were quite cheap compared to most places.
