Sunny Take Away

Unfortunately I am no longer a customer. Whilst this is in part due to the unbelievably terrible customer service and poor levels of overall cleanliness, the main reason is that I suffered food poisoning on two seperate occasions, from different dishes.
I shan’t be stopping here for food again.

Have been a regular customer since 1979, have found the quality of the food to be very consistent and very enjoyable.
And is always my first choice for having a Chinese meal, if you require something special, it’s worth talking to Tommy or John, always happy to try and please you.

We use this takeaway nearly every Saturday night and we have become regular customers. It is definately ‘take away’ food so I can’t say that it is outstanding in anyway but it is very reasonably priced and the usual dishes such as fu youngs, fried rice, chips, chow mein are all quite nice.
The staff are very polite and have got to know me and my young son quite well. He is always given a lollipop which of course he is delighted with. They are also very quick preparing the meals so there is no waiting round for ages.
There is a reasonable car park very nearby and we have never had any difficulties finding a space.
The only minor complaint I have is that when a telephone order comes through they will stop in the middle of your order and take the call which I find a bit annoying. After all we have taken the trouble to drive all the way there and I think they should complete our order before answering the phone.
