The shop itself is a delight; huge departments boasting a wide range of products, an amazing home and lights section and even a Dorothy Perkins and Wallis section so if you don’t like anything from BHS, you’re still catered to. And to be honest, this part I’d give five stars to. Can’t fault it. This review is based on the café downstairs right by the exit to the Broadway Mall. I had a serious craving for a warm croissant with jam and after my boyfriend declared the ones in Costa ‘too sugary’(they were coated in icing sugar, I see no issue here…), we stopped off at the BHS café. Oh, how I wish I hadn’t. We ordered croissants, a cup of tea and a small panatone loaf to share. The only bit of it that tasted good was the premade shop-bought panatone. The croissants, which looked deliciously crispy and fluffy in the basket, were put into a panini press to heat up which squashed them flat and made them a bit soggy. It was difficult to cut open to put jam in and was gone in three bites because they squashed all the air out. And my cup of tea had dish detergent on the rim of the cup, which filled my mouth with a disgusting chemical soap taste and ruined the whole thing. I twisted the cup round but the damage was done really. DISGUSTING. Never again.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Bexleyheath, United Kingdom
I like this store. The store is located inside The Broadway Bexleyheath also known as The Mall. It is a large store spread over two levels, it has a café which is wonderful, hidden on the second floor with lovely view over Bexley. The food is FANTASTIC& very good value for money. The women’s clothing and home accessories is on the ground floors, the children and mens clothing etc is spread on the second floor, there are not many staff visible around the actual aisles, but when you pick up items and go to counter they are friendly and very helpful. The clothing range is actually very good and in my opinion very good value for money. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED. Oh if you are peckish try the gem of a Café on the second floor!
