Ok so most people realise that café Nero is a chain of coffee shops, selling a reasonable range of coffee, tea and hot chocolate, soups, Sandwiches etc. Obviously it’s nice to support those little independent places, but I do particularly like this place; Café Nero has a fairy good standard of coffee compared to other chains. This particular venue(when I visit anyway!) seems to have quite a relaxed vibe, where you never feel rushed to move on. It’s slightly off the main shoppers route, so at the weekend it’s a fairly pleasant place to sit. The ceilings are high, as it’s in an old building and I particularly love looking out over the cathedral square.
