Well, they say they strive to be the UK’s best mobile phone shop and repair centre.
They claim to have been fixing phones for over 12 years, laptops for over 7 years and have on board professional cellular and laptop technicians who are highly competent, skilled in their trade and diligent.
The told me that they take meticulous care with each and every repair. Their goal is to be recognised as the UK’s most innovative mobile phone repair company. Everyone’s got to start somewhere I guess! Their purpose is to professionally repair their customers’ phones as quickly as possible and to save them money. I waited for a week for my BB to be fixed and they still couldn’t reair it.
Their core competencies are repairing Iphones, HTC’s and Blackberry devices. That’s why I scratched my head when they couldn’t fix my BB.
The consumer electronics on sale here are second rate imports from Asia and Poundland. I wouldn’t recommend.
