Utterly terrible, the other review has been clearly planted because I have never once had a friendly encounter with the staff at this tiny, inefficient business. I lived in a flat under this company for a few years now and should have known at the beginning when there failed to be a property inspection when we moved in. When the wooden doors began to split apart, the doorknobs fell off and lights stopped working we contacted them several times with none of them ever being able to recall our conversation afterwards, we requested confirmation emails but this never happened. The agents are the two rudest girls I’ve ever met and I really would NOT recommend this company.

These are a very good letting agents and extremely efficient. Not only were they very quick and reasonable with all our problems, they also pulled out the stops when I locked myself out once. They have a forwarding number when the office is closed, which at times of disaster or mild anxiety, can be very helpful and comforting. The properties I would say are mostly medium range in terms of quality, and fairly priced for Brighton. It is a competitive market in Brighton so being friendly and this helpful makes the burden a little lighter, they are also open on a Saturday which is good as things don’t just go wrong on weekdays.
