Excellent help and assistance given to me today as I was upgrading my phone. I had great service in Bognor, and this was just as good, maybe even have an edge! Very knowledgeable staff who understood my requirements very well, and advised me accordingly. I ended up with a Blackberry 9300(I do like a qwerty board)! Thank you

I went into the store today to get a replacement SIM for my new iPhone. There was a long queue because there was only 1 person available for helping customers. When it was my turn I was surprised to find that they charge £5 for a SIM, even though when I was there last I heard a customer ask for the same thing and they weren’t charged anything! I had to pay it as I had no choice. This rather pushy sales assistant then kept on butting in, explaining their costs and why they need to charge for the SIMs. Then as I was giving my details to get the SIM card he butted in again, trying to sell me a new iPad, getting my friends and family to switch to Three, and slagging off other networks as being poor. At least have the courtesy of letting your colleague finish first! Just as well I will be cancelling my contract soon as I don’t rate the service(or the network performance)!
