TSB Bank

Seeing as how I’ve had many problems with my Lloyds account, common sense should dictate that I should just switch to another bank. But it’s hard for me to do as I always get quality customer service no matter which Lloyds branch I go to.
I’ve been having problems with my PIN number (for security purposes, I will not give it out here), and for some reason, the PIN works on some cashpoints, but not on others. This annoyed me quite a bit, so I went into this Lloyds branch to give them a piece of my mind. The piece I gave them was taken from the «friendly customer» portion of my mind, as I was greeted with such a friendly smile from the teller that all anger simply vanished. She assisted me with my PIN problems, and informed me that the problem had to do primarily with the offshore account system. She phoned the main offshore Lloyds branch and settled my issue in a very timely manner. Damn Lloyds for being so kind and helpful. They make it so hard to leave.

I’m not actually a Lloyds TSB customer, so this is just a short review about their two outdoor cashpoints. The cashpoints are okay. I once was stressed and took my card but not my money oops, idiot — luckily some woman chased me down the street with it! i was also probably trying to get away as quickly as I could due to the homeless man sat by the cashpoint asking me for money — I hate being guilted like this espeically when usually taking £20 out to be frivolous and drunk. If this, and the queues on Wed — Sat nights, put you off — use the quieter Nationwide round the corner.
