After recently experiencing problems with my skin and after no luck with other remedies I popped into skin. The lady sitting at reception was SO helpful and really lovely, completely empathising with how I was feeling. She gave me great advice to see the doctor again and which antibiotics I should be receiving. She also gave me a sample of an effective face scrub. She was really honest and really listened to me– I left thinking what great customer service and that I must write a recommendation for her… So here it is! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.
