CJ Hole were initially very keen to sell our property, we had regular phonecalls and viewings. However, after 3 months with no successful viewings, CJ Hole became quite lazy. We went over 2 months with no feedback as to why we hadn’t had anyone through the door or information on how the market was going. Overall, it’s been a watsed 6 months.

We all know, Estate Agents are all full of lies and we mustn’t trust them as far as we can throw them! However, CJ Hole, located on North Street in Bedminster, Bristol have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Of course, in these times of credit crunch and housing crisis they have to work really hard for your business, but CJ Hole did just that. They seem to be the only Estate Agents around here who are actually selling property at the moment, and their prices seem to be sticking too. They’re very good at marketing and ensuring that potential buyers don’t get away. Also, they’re open seven days a week and until nine pm on weekdays so its really easy to arrange viewings. All in all, highly recommended.
