It’s Costa… Typically the usual environment although the downstairs isn’t cosy but extremely functional, its long and narrow yet upstairs has more cosy seats but NO outside windows, strange! Staff friendly.
The costa rewards programme isn’t the best but a must have if you do visit. Also your card can be registered to your iPhone or Android making capturing the points and seeing the balance an easy task.
I bought a large and a small latte along with a toasted teacake, all good quality and gained 25 rewards points (meaning 25p cash back onto the card in effect)…
