I like this place because of the discounts. You can find the books elsewhere but not at such prices! The recommended retail price saves you half of the original price at times. Do not get me wrong, I love books and I am ready to spend 1⁄3 of my salary for books only. However I am also calculating and will not spare neither the time, nor the effort to look around, compare the how much I give/​What I get in return ratio.

This has a nice selection of reasonably priced art canvasses and pads. I like the 99p canvasses. I always like to look round here to find bargains.

This is a very busy discount stationary and book store next to the Library.
There’s always a good selection of books and it stocks some brilliant gifts for children.
There is a large selection of artist supplies at the back of the store.
There’s also quite a nice selection of cards and giftwrap.
It can, however, get quite busy in here and could be difficult to get around with a pushchair or wheel chair.

Great store. Always busy. Lots of different, cheap stationary, books, crafts and gifts. Has some local touristy merchandise. Staff always friendly and helpful. Bit cluttered but worth the small amount of hassle.

Nice cheap bookshop, but only if want to browse and pick up a bargain. Although they do carry a wide range, its not the place to go if you are looking for something in particular as they do not stock everything. You can pick up a great bargain if you are just passing but dont go there expecting to pick up something you where actually looking for! More end of line/​not widely published books then popular or mainstream.
