I dont really like this Game in Cardiff, it is really small considering that it is in the City centre of Cardiff, I would never pay the price of a just released game and always have a look around their pre-​owned section because you can guarantee that someone has alreay traded it in and they have knocked off nearly ten pounds off the original price, only because someone has played it once! Game as the other review has stated has the most annoying returns policy, if the seal has been broke (not the selophane) they will not give you a refund, even though i have seen how easy they can put one back on, they offer you a exhange for the pre-​owned value, which is really annoying especially when buying presents for other people. Also the queues in this game are beyond a joke, they lap around the whole of the shop and you cant get to see any of the games because of the people queuing and if you ask to pass they think you are cutting in. I try to not go into this game and buy online instead.

Now i like game & they do sell a good amount of stock as in they hardly ever run out of stock-​however something really annoying they do– if you buy a game (all their games are sealed in plastic) & you decide for whatever reason that you want to return it i dunno you didnt like it or whatever the reason, if ou take it back because you’ll have removed the plastic seal they wont refund you only offer an exchange or replacement i dont understand this as Asda, Tesco etc will give you a refund, Anyway rant over!, they are a good shop otherwise!
