I like this place, it is one of the best I’ve been to in a long time. the staff is wicked, amazing place to hang out n it won’t dig a hole in your pocket as well. def. recommend to all asian cuisine lovers. When in Cardiff don’t miss out on Laziza, it is just a 10 min. walk from the town

If you live on the Leckwith Road side of Cardiff, chances are your route home out of town passes this quality takeaway, particularly handy in post-drinking hours when most of the surrounding businesses have long pulled shutters shut. The expected options are all here, but the pizza menu is where the smart eaters start. As far as late-night options go, this is right up there with the best in the city, tastier and less greasy than almost all competitors(your chain Domino/Pizza Hut take-out included). The time it can take for your order to hit the counter isn’t in the realms of instant fast food — and if you’re inebriated and/or starving it really does seem ages. But that’s merely a great indication that you’re not about to bite into yesterday’s reheated deep pan. In the Riverside vicinity there are often a few sketchy scumbags knocking around after dark; thankfully Laziza’s pizza is worth the trudge.

Laziza Take Away occupies a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the Millennium Stadium as you are leaving town. You’d think that business would be booming, but it’s not! Like every other take-away I go to, this one is struggling too. Rashid, the owner, has tried to remain optimistic, but having done everything that he can to adapt to the times, his positivity is running a little thin. He doesn’t sell Asian Sweets any more, as it’s no longer a niche market for him. They are broadly available elsewhere, and with a short shelf life, it became unfeasible to continue carrying them. Instead he’s extended his menu in order to cater for everyone’s tastes. It’s possible to get Kebabs, curries and fish and chips here these days, all of which are really well made. Personally I prefer the Kebabs, as do most of his customers. You can eat in or take-away, and there’s a delivery service within the local area for those that are having a bad hair day.
