Relax with Oils

Have had two great massages from Alessa who is a lovely lady. Her massage are firm enough but also relaxing. The one reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is that I would prefer she use disposable paper sheets rather than blankets and towels. The towel on both occasions looked like it had been used a lot more than once. This is off-​putting and unhygienic. If she changed this I would make her my regular masseuse.

Visited Alessa on my last tri to Cardiff and really enjoyed my massage with her. Alessa was very professional. Will definitely visit again.

Visited Alessa a number of times now and all I can say is FANTASTIC. She is a lovely person who puts you at ease the moment you step in the door. Her thereauputic skills are excellent and I leave her each time feeling totally renewed and relaxed. IMHO there is currently nobody in South Wales who compares — not only is she a highly skilled practitioner but her prices are well below the norm.

I visited Alessa for the first time today and will certainly be booking further treatments in the future. Alessa is a lovely lady, who makes you feel relaxed and at ease even before treatment starts. A total professional who is obviously an experienced therapist, she is the perfect package.

I have been to Alessa on 3 occasions now, and the treatment she offers is excellent, and seems to get better and better. Alessa is down to earth, and has a pleasant, welcoming personality. She is very comfortable and relaxing to be with, more so on each new occasion. She always takes her time, and you never feel rushed. the treatment she offers feels very individual, and you really do get the impression that she has your physical well-​being at heart.
The treatments she offers are delivered with care, in a confident professional manner, and always ‘tailored’ to requirements, whether a deep tissue ‘sports massage’ style or a more sensual and relaxing style. She seems to have the skills and experience to deliver just the right massage according to requirements on the day. I have never felt awkward or embarrassed with Alessa in the way I may have done with other therapists in the past. The treatment takes place in a quiet, warm and comfortable environment, and a warm shower available as well is an unusually welcome added touch.
